Shipping and Return Policy for the US

US Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is simple. We will ship for free to any of the lower 48 states.

For Alaska and Hawaii please contact us at brad@poyet-motte.com and provide your address and we will give you a quote from UPS.

UPS will not deliver to a PO box.

Delivery times may be affected by weather and other events outside of our control. Once a parcel leaves our office and is scanned by UPS, we no longer have any control of the whereabouts of the package. 

You can track your orders via the tracking number provided when your order is fulfilled when you login to your account

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy. If you return your item unused and in its original packaging we will issue a full refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
